TM 9-2350-238-34-245678Loosen nut (4) on check valve (5).NOTETurn screw clockwise to increasepressure and counterclockwise todecrease pressure.Turn screw (6) fully clockwise to opencheck valve (5).Hydraulic system is under high pres-sure. Follow system safety proce-dures to prevent injury (TM 9-2350-238-20-2). Wipe up spilled hydraulicfluid.Turn on hydraulic system. Refer toTM 9-2350-238-10.Do not allow pressure to go over2350 psi (16,203 kPa). Failure tofollow instructions may result indamage to equipment.Watching oil pressure tester on boomcylinder pressure relief valve (2), pullBOOM cylinder control handle (7) slowlyto RAISE. If pressure exceeds 2350 psi(16,203 kPa) while raising boom, turnscrew (6) counterclockwise to decreasepressure.Hold BOOM cylinder control handle (7) infull RAISE position and read oil pressuretester.OIL PRESSURETESTER2-183
