Install winch cylinder control collar (2),
on brake rod of stage one boom winch
carrier assembly (18).
Install washers (19) as needed to allow
one of the hexagon plain nuts (1) to be
tightened on brake rod of stage one
boom winch carrier assembly (18).
Tighten hexagon plain nut (1) on brake
rod of stage one boom winch carrier
assembly (18) to relieve pressure on
brake plates inside cable reel (11).
Using retaining ring pliers, remove retain-
ing
ring

from

mounting
bracket (21).
