Install handle (19) to seat body (7) with cotter pin (20), flat washer (21), and pin (22).
10. Install pin (16), pin (15), collar (17), and spring (18).
11. Install seat body (7), brackets (12), and plates (13 and 14) with six screws (11), six lockwashers (10), and six nuts (9).
