SECTION V: TROUBLESHOOTINGTM 9-2350-256-20WARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dogtags, bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts ametal surface a direct short may result ininstant heatingof tools, damage toequipment, and injury or death topersonnel.AOpen center-front air inlet doors (TM 9-2350-256-10).Disconnect bulkhead to APU, master relay, and rigger'slights wiring harness from APU engine disconnect.Place red lead of multimeter in socket A of wire 66 andblack lead to ground. Turn MASTER, and PREHEATswitches on and check for voltage. Turn MASTER andPREHEAT switches OFF. If voltage is present, go tostep B. If voltage is not present, troubleshoot batterycircuit.BPlace red lead of multimeter in socket E of wire 65 andblack lead to ground. Turn MASTER, PREHEAT, andAPU START switches on and check for voltage. TurnMASTER, PREHEAT, and APU START switches OFF.If voltage is present, go to step C. If voltage is notpresent, go to step D.CPlace red lead of multimeter in socket D of wire 487and black lead to ground. Turn MASTER andPREHEAT switches ON and check for voltage. TurnMASTER and PREHEAT switches OFF. If voltage ispresent, notify Direct Support Maintenance. If voltageis not present, go to step E.2-163
