Place a jumper wire from pin M to socket M.Place red lead of multimeter in socket N of wire 509 andblack lead to ground. Turn MASTER switch on, startengine, set to idle, and check for voltage. Turn engineand MASTER switch OFF. If voltage is present, go tostep O. If voltage is not present, repair/replace wire 509of bulkhead to engine bracket and rear fuel tanktransmitter wiring harness (see paragraph 6- 73 for dualvoltage; 6-74 for single voltage).O Reconnect bulkhead to engine bracket and rear fuel tanktransmitter wiring harness to engine disconnect. Removepowerplant (see paragraph 3-1). Disconnect wire 509from engine low oil pressure switch. Place red lead ofmultimeter in wire 509 and black lead to ground. TurnMASTER switch on, start engine, set to idle, and checkfor voltage. Turn engine and MASTER switch OFF. Ifvoltage is present, replace engine low oil pressure switch(see paragraph 6-22). If voltage is not present,repair/replace wire 509 of engine wiring harness fromengine low oil pressure switch to engine disconnect (seeparagraph 6-58 for dual voltage; 6-59 for single voltage).P Disconnect wire 509 from transmission high oiltemperature switch. Place red lead of multimeter in wire509 and black lead to ground. Turn MASTER switch on,start engine, set to idle, and check for voltage. Turnengine and MASTER switch OFF.
