26. ENGINE DOES NOT OPERATE AT 2000 + 100 RPM UNDER LOAD CONDITIONS
Step 1.
Check fuel system for air.
Bleed air from fuel system.
Step 2.
Operate APU with hydraulic system selector control lever in AUX position for fifteen minutes.
