Install new gasket (9), pump and mount assembly (2) and wiring harness 4W101 terminal GND (8) in front fueltank (10) with 12 screws (6) and 12 new lockwashers (7). Torque screws 36--48 lb--in. (4.0--5.4 N•m).2. Install new nonelectrical wire (5) on 12 screws (6) using double--twist method.WARNING3. Apply sealing compound to all male pipe threads.4. Install adapter union (4) and hose assembly (3) on pump and mount assembly (2).5. Connect wiring harness 4W101 connector P5 (1) to pump and mount assembly (2).6.
