If boom control handle is in FORWARD, is pressure at
port BR 1500--1900 psi, P test port pressure 1800--2300
psi and BL port pressure 75 or less?

Are flow control valves, hoses and fittings free of leaks
and damage?

1. Remove subfloor plates 7, 10, 15, 18, 20, 22,
23, 26, 27 and 31 (WP 0454 00).
2. Inspect flow control valves and attaching hoses
and fittings to the boom cylinders, directional
control valves, hydraulic control valve manifold
assembly, reservoir, stayline cylinder, and
center pump for leaks and damage.
Tighten leaking fittings.
Replace damaged
hoses, fittings, and
valves (WP 0544 00).
Verify fault is corrected.
