TM 9--2350--292--20--2 0420 00--1 EXHAUST DEFLECTOR ASSEMBLY REPAIR 0420 00 THIS WORK PACKAGE COVERS: Removal, Disassembly, Assembly, Installation INITIAL SETUP: Tools and Special Tools General mechanic’s tool kit (item 1, WP 0717 00) Materials/Parts Lockwashers (3) (item 12, WP 0718 00) Lockwashers (6) (item 52, WP 0718 00) Cotter pins (2) (item 168, WP 0718 00) Personnel Required Two WARNING Removal 1. Remove three screws (1) and three lockwashers (2) securing three hinges (3) to engine deck assembly (4). Dis- card lockwashers. NOTE Two nuts securing two exhaust deflector levers to engine deck assembly will not come off the engine deck, studs are staked at the ends. 2. Loosen two nuts (5) securing two exhaust deflector levers (6) to engine deck assembly (4). WARNING 3. Remove exhaust deflector assembly (7) from engine deck assembly (4). Figure 200 1 5 7 4 6 3 2
