Remove ten screws (10), ten lockwashers (11), retainer (12) and insulation (13) from door (14). Discard lock-washers.2. Remove six rubber seals (15) from retainer (12). Discard seals.3. Remove six screws (16), six lockwashers (17) and two hinges (18) and hinge (9) from door (14). Discard lock-washers.4. Remove two nuts (19), four flat washers (20), four spring washers (21), two handles (22) and two flat washers(23) from door (14). Discard spring washers.5. Remove two pins (24) from door (14).6. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.Assembly1. Install two pins (24) on door (14).2. Install two handles (22) on door (14), with two flat washers (23), four new spring washers (21), four flat washers(20) and two nuts (19).3. Install two hinges (18) and hinge (9) on door (14) with six screws (16) and six new lockwashers (17).WARNING4. Clean seal mating surfaces with solvent.5. Apply adhesive to six new rubber seals (15) and seal mating surface on retainer (12).6. Install six new seals (15) on retainer (12).7.
