NOTE
If no fuel flows when fuel transfer pump priming lever is
moved, APU engine camshaft pump lobe is in up posi-
tion. Turn APU engine one revolution to allow hand prim-
ing.
Fuel lines retain fuel when disconnected. Do not stop
priming until fuel has moved completely through system
and all air is purged.
4. Operate priming lever (4) on fuel transfer pump (5). Watch for air bubbles in fuel flowing out of APU quick--discon-
nect coupling half (2).
5. When flow is free of bubbles, release valve (3) in APU quick--disconnect coupling half (2), reconnect vehicle fuel
return line (1) at APU quick--disconnect coupling half (2).
6. Return priming lever (4) to full down position.
