3 Remove three planet pinion gears (4) and
six pinion gear flat washers (5) from car-
rier (2).

from three planet pinion gears
5 If necessary, grind welds securing retain-
ing stop ring (7) and remove spur gear (8)
and retaining stop ring from carrier (2).
