Make sure hydraulic system is re-
pressurized before performing any
hydraulic maintenance to prevent
injury to personnel.
Always wear leather gloves when
handling winch cable, Never allow
cable to run through hands. Brok-
en wires can cause painful in-
juries. Do not operate winch/crane
with less than four turns of wire
rope on drums. Failure to observe
these warnings could result in in-
jury to personnel.
Make sure all personnel stand
clear when operating boom to
avoid injury to personnel.
When testing hydraulic system, be
sure boom is in stowed position,
as failure of system may result in
injury to personnel.
