10. Remove two pins (43) and four rollers (44) by removing four lockwashers (45).
11. Remove retainer assembly (46) by removing four screws (47), four nuts (48), and four lockwashers (49).
12. Remove support assembly (34).
13. Remove pins (50 and 51).
14. Remove shaft (52) and two levers (53 and 54).
15. Remove control assembly (55) from frame (42) by removing four retaining rings (56) and two shafts (57).
