SECTION V: TROUBLESHOOTINGTM 9-2350-256-20WARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags,bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts a metalsurface a direct short may result in instantheating of tools, damage to equipment, andinjury or death to personnel.COpen air inlet doors (TM 9-2350-256-10).Reconnect wire 22 at bulkhead to master relayand left and right taillight wiring harness to lefttaillight assembly. Install hydraulic access plate(6), two lockwashers (5), and two screws (4).Disconnect bulkhead to master relay and left andright taillight wiring harness from bulkheaddisconnect. Place red lead of multimeter insocket B of wire 22 and black lead to ground.Turn MASTER switch on, UNLOCK and placemain lighting switch in SER DRIVE position, anddepress stoplight switch, and check for voltage.Turn MASTER and main lighting switches OFF. Ifvoltage is present, repair/replace wire 22 ofbulkhead to master relay and left and right taillightwiring harness (see paragraph 6-71). If voltage isnot present, go to step D.D Remove three screws (7), three lockwashers (8),ground lead (9), and flat washer (10) and releasemain switch panel (11) from mounting brackets.Reconnect bulkhead to master relay and left andright taillight wiring harness to bulkheaddisconnect. Disconnect switch panel to gagepanel and miscellaneous switches wiring harnessfrom main switch panel. Place red lead ofmultimeter on pin N of wire 10 and black lead toground. Turn MASTER switch on and check forvoltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. If voltage ispresent, go to step E. If voltage is not present, goto step K.2-285
