Attach hoses (4) from M3 heater outlets to masks.6. When necessary during NBC operations, turn ON M3 heater switch (5) to warm the air coming from gasparticulate filter unit.7. When finished with filter unit, uncouple hoses (4) from masks.8. Remove masks from face.9. Move AIR PURIFIER SWITCH (3) to OFF.10. Stow masks and hoses.11.
