missing or cracked end connectors.

b. Check end connectors for missing,
loose or improperly sealed wedges or
wedge bolts. If end connectors or center
guides are found to be loose at halts,
tighten them. Also, notify unit
maintenance ASAP for inspection and
application of proper torque.
