Install oil filler tube cap and gaugerod (4) into transmission oil filler tube.Remove oil filler tube cap and gauge rod(4) and verify that transmission oil level isbetween ADD and FULL marks on oil fillertube cap and gauge rod (4).NOTEExcess oil may be removed fromtransmission using the AOAPvalve.u. If indicated oil level is above FULLmark on the oil filler tube cap and gaugerod (4), remove excess oil fromtransmission until oil level is indicatedbetween ADD and FULL mark on oil fillertube cap and gauge rod (4).NOTE1/2 inch (12.7 mm) on oil gaugerod equals about one gallon of oil.v.
