TM 9--2350--292--20--2 0442 00--2 ARMOR SKIRT PANEL HINGE, STANDOFF AND STOP REPLACEMENT -- CONTINUED 0442 00 NOTE Perform Removal steps 1, 3 and 7 and Installation steps 4, 7 and 8 for maintenance of panels #1 and #8 outside hinges and lifting eyes. Perform Removal steps 2, 3 and 7 and Installation steps 4, 5 and 6 for maintenance of panels #2 through #7 out- side hinges and lifting eyes. Perform Removal steps 4 and 7 and Installation step 3 for maintenance of inside hinges. Perform Removal steps 5 and 7 and Installation step 2 for maintenance of standoffs. Perform Removal steps 6 and 7 and Installation step 1 for maintenance of stops. Removal 1. Remove six nuts (1), six lockwashers (2), six screws (3), six flat washers (4), outside hinge (5) and shims (6). Discard lockwashers. 2. Remove 12 nuts (7), 12 lockwashers (8), 12 screws (9), 12 flat washers (10), two hinges (11) and shims (12). Discard lockwashers. 3. Remove cotter pin (13), nut (14), two flat washers (15), lifting eye (16), screw (17) and flat washer (18). Discard cotter pin.
