Perform Removal step 2 and Installation step 1 for main- tenance of removable strap. Removal 1. Remove two rivets (1), two flat washers (2) and fixed webbing strap (3) from binoculars bracket (4). Discard riv- ets and flat washers. 2. Unbuckle removable webbing strap (5), slide end of removable webbing strap (5) from retainer (6) on binoculars bracket (4). 3. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required. Figure 244 1 2 3 4 5 6
