REAR TOW BAR BRACKET ASSEMBLY REPAIR -- CONTINUED

Disassembly
1. Remove cotter pin (4), nut (5), lockwasher (6) and flat washer (7) from bolt (8). Discard cotter pin and lockwasher.
2. Remove cotter pin (9), two flat washers (10), headed pin (11) and bolt (8) from tow bar clamp (12). Discard cotter
pin.
3. Remove cotter pin (13), two flat washers (14), headed pin (15) and tow bar clamp (12) from bracket (16). Discard
cotter pin.
4. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
Assembly
1. Install tow bar clamp (12) on bracket (16) with headed pin (15), two flat washers (14) and new cotter pin (13).
2. Install bolt (8) on tow bar clamp (12) with headed pin (11), two flat washers (10) and new cotter pin (9).
3. Install flat washer (7), new lockwasher (6), nut (5) and new cotter pin (4) on bolt (8).
