DEFUEL COMPARTMENT HYDRAULIC QUICK--DISCONNECT COUPLING
AND ELBOW REPLACEMENT -- CONTINUED

Installation
1. Apply sealing compound to all male pipe threads.
2. Install pipe elbow (8) and pipe locknut (7) in compartment wall. Tighten pipe locknut (7).
3. Install pipe elbow (6) and pipe locknut (5) in compartment wall. Tighten pipe locknut (5).
4. Install two quick--disconnect coupling halves (3 and 4) and two quick--disconnect caps (1 and 2) in compartment
wall.
5. Connect two quick--disconnect caps (1 and 2) on two quick--disconnect coupling halves (3 and 4).

FOLLOW--ON MAINTENANCE:
Install right engine air intake tube under APU
(WP 0212 00)
Install hydraulic hoses on
quick--disconnect coupling fittings
(WP 0555 00)
Close defuel access door
(TM 9--2350--292--10)
Close right side engine deck access doors
(TM 9--2350--292--10)
