HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR HYDRAULIC LINES AND FITTINGS
REPLACEMENT (NEW CONFIGURATION) -- CONTINUED

Installation
1. Apply sealing compound to all male pipe threads before installation of the component.
2. Apply a thin even coat of clean lubricant to all new preformed packings prior to installation.
3. Install hose assemblies, lines, fittings, new lockwashers, new preformed packings and filler cap in accordance
with the following legend and illustration.
4. Secure hose assemblies, lines and fittings to vehicle with clamps, clips, attaching hardware and new lockwashers
as shown in legend and illustration.
NOTE
FOLLOW--ON MAINTENANCE:
Install main winch and spade assembly, if removed
(WP 0498 00)
Install hydraulic hose retainers and retaining covers, if
removed (WP 0584 00)
Install rocket ammunition stowage box and oddment tray
shelf, if removed (WP 0480 00)
Fill hydraulic reservoir, if drained (WP 0187 00)
Install subfloor plates #15, #18, #22, #23, #27, #29, #31
and #32 (WP 0454 00)
