Insert 14 electrical leads through electrical
r e c e p t a c l e c o n n e c t o r m o u n t a n d o ne

receptacle mount in slip ring cover (4).
Install assembled electrical contact ring
to slip ring cover (4). Align mounting
h o l e s.
Install eight socket head capscrews (5)
electrical contact ring (3) and slip ring
( 3)
t o
cover (4), and secure with new Iockwire
(6).
Install new shell gasket (7) and new shell
gasket (8) over electrical leads in recep-
tacle openings in slip ring cover (4).
Solder and untag 14 leads to electrical
r e c e p t a c l e c o n n e c t o r ( 9 ) a n d o n e e l e c t r i c al

and waterproof receptacle (10) to slip ring
cover (4).
Install four socket head capscrews (11) to

s o c k e t h e a d c a p s c r e w s ( 1 2 ) t o w a t e r p r o of
r e c e p t a c l e ( 1 0 ) , a n d s e c u r e w i t h n ew
