Installation
1.
Install gasket (7) in fan drive housing cover (5).
2.
Install oil seal housing assembly (4) in fan drive housing cover (5) using six flat washers (3) and six screws (2).
3.
Install cooling fan (see WP 0144 00) and operate engine (refer to TM 9-2350-256-10) for a short period. Stop engine,
remove cooling fan, and check for oil leaks around seal.
4.
Install lockwire (1) through screws (2).
NOTE
Follow-on maintenance: Install cooling fans (see WP 0144 00).
