Disconnect switch panel to neutralsafety to bulkhead wiring harness from mainswitch panel. Place red lead of multimeter insocket E of wire 76 and black lead to ground. TurnMASTER and FUEL PUMP switches ON and checkfor voltage. Turn MASTER and FUEL PUMPswitches OFF. If voltage is present, repair/replacewire76 of switch panel to neutral safety tobulkhead wiring harness (see paragraph 6-54). Ifvoltage is not present, go to step F.F Reconnect switch panel to neutral safety tobulkhead wiring harness to main switch panel.Disconnect wire 76 from FUEL PUMP switch side of15 A circuit breaker. Place red lead of multimeteron terminal of 15 A circuit breaker and black lead toground. Turn MASTER switch on, and check forvoltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. If voltage, ispresent, go to step H. If voltage is not present, go tostep G.G Reconnect wire 76 to FUEL PUMP switch side of 15A circuit breaker. Disconnect wire 10 from 15 Acircuit breaker. Place red lead of multimeter inwire 10 and black lead to ground. Turn MASTERswitch on and check for voltage. Turn MASTERswitch OFF. If voltage is present, replace circuitbreaker (see paragraph 6-10). If voltage is notpresent, repair replace wire 10 of main lightingand B.O. selector switch wiring harness (seeparagraph 6-69).2-92
