SECTION V: TROUBLESHOOTINGTM 9-2350-256-20WARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags,bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts a metalsurface a direct short may result in instantheating of tools, damage to equipment,and injury or death to personnel.HReconnect wire 10 to 15 A circuit breaker.Disconnect wire 76 from circuit breaker side of FUELPUMP switch. Place red lead of multimeter in wire 76and black lead to ground. Turn MASTER switch on,and check for voltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. Ifvoltage is present, go to switch I. If voltage is notpresent, repair/replace wire 76 of fuel pump switchpanel lead assembly (see paragraph 6-50).IReconnect wire 76 to circuit breaker side of FUELPUMP switch. Disconnect wire 76 from panel side ofFUEL PUMP switch. Place red lead of multimeter onterminal of FUEL PUMP switch and black lead toground. Turn MASTER and FUEL PUMP switchesON and check for voltage. Turn MASTER and FUELPUMP switches OFF. If voltage is present,repair/replace wire 76 of starter switch wiring harness(see paragraph 6-57). If voltage is not present,replace FUEL PUMP switch (see paragraph 6-10).JDisconnect wire 10-419 from Y-connector of switchpanel, radio, and bilge pump to bulkhead wiringharness at main switch panel. Turn MASTER switchon, and check for voltage. If voltage is present, repairwire 419 from Y-connector at main switch panel toAPU control box bulkhead wiring harness. If voltageis not present, go to step K.2-93
