SECTION V: TROUBLESHOOTINGTM 9-2350-256-20WARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dogtags, bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts ametal surface a direct short may result ininstant heatingof tools, damage toequipment, and injury or death topersonnel.DRemove four nuts (6), four lockwashers (7), fourscrews (8), and release APU control box (9) frommounting bracket. Place a jumper wire from pin N tosocket N. Place red lead of multimeter on pin F of wire421 and black lead to ground. Turn MASTER and APUFUEL SHUTOFF switches ON, and check for voltage.Turn MASTER and APU FUEL SHUTOFF switchesOFF. If voltage is present, go to step I. If voltage isnot present, go to step E.ERemove four screws (10), four lockwashers (11), andrelease rear panel (12) from APU control box (9).Reconnect APU control box to foot dimmer switch andbulkhead wiring harness to APU control box.Disconnect wire 419 from 15 A circuit breaker. Placered lead of multimeter in wire 419 and black lead toground. Turn MASTER switch on and check forvoltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. If voltage ispresent, go to step F. If voltage is not present,repair/replace wire 419 of APU control box wiringharness from connector to circuit breaker (seeparagraph 13-7).2-171
