CHAPTER 2: VEHICLE MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONSTM 9-2350-256-202-19 ELECTRICAL TROUBLESHOOTING-ContinuedMECHANICAL TRANSMISSION OIL PRESSURE LIGHT--ContinuedWARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags,bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts a metalsurface a direct short may result in instantheating of tools, damage to equipment, andinjury or death to personnel.H Reconnect switch panel to gage panel andmiscellaneous switches wiring harness to switch panel.Disconnect wire 10 from 15 A circuit breaker. Place redlead of multimeter on wire 10 and black lead to ground.Turn MASTER switch ON and check for voltage. TurnMASTER switch OFF. If voltage is present, go to step I.If voltage is not present, repair/replace wire 10 of switchpanel to gage panel and miscellaneous switches wiringharness (see paragraph 6-55 for dual voltage; 6-56 forsingle voltage).I Reconnect wire 10 to 15 A circuit breaker. Disconnectwire 25-27 from 15 A circuit breaker. Place red lead ofmultimeter on terminal of circuit breaker and black leadto ground. Turn MASTER switch on and check forvoltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. If voltage is notpresent, replace 15 A circuit breaker (see paragraph 6-10). If voltage is present, go to step J.J Reconnect wire 25-27 to 15 A circuit breaker. Disconnectmain lighting and B.O. selector switch wiring harness.Place red lead of multimeter on pin K of wire 25-27 andblack lead to ground. Turn MASTER switch on andcheck for voltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. If voltageis not present, repair/replace wire 25-27 of main lightingand B.O. selector switch wiring harness (see paragraph6-69). If voltage is present, go to step K.2-202
