SECTION V: TROUBLESHOOTINGTM 9-2350-256-20WARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags ,bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts a metalsurface a direct short may result in instantheating of tools, damage to equipment, andinjury or death to personnel.C Place a jumper wire from pin N to socket N. Placered lead of multimeter in socket F of wire 25 andblack lead to ground. Turn MASTER switch on andcheck for voltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. Ifvoltage is present, go to step F. If voltage is notpresent, go to step D.D Reconnect switch panel to gage panel andmiscellaneous switches wiring harness to mainswitch panel. Disconnect wire 25/27 from 15 Acircuit breaker. Place red lead of multimeter onterminal of 15 A circuit breaker and black lead toground. Turn MASTER switch on and check forvoltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. If voltagerepair/replace wire 25/27 of main lighting andB.O. selector switch wiring harness (see paragraph6-69). If voltage is not present, go to step E.E Reconnect wire 25/27 to 15 A circuit breaker.Disconnect wire 10 from 15 A circuit breaker. Placered lead of multimeter in wire 10 and black lead toground. Turn MASTER switch on and check forvoltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. If voltage ispresent, replace circuit breaker (see paragraph6-10). If voltage is not present, repair/replace wire10 of main lighting and B.O. selector switch wiringharness (see paragraph 6-69).2-221
