Place redlead of multimeter in socket H of wire 450 and blacklead to ground. Turn MASTER switch on and checkfor voltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. If voltageis present, go to step E. If voltage is not present, goto step D.D Reconnect electrical accessories panel wiringharness to electrical accessories panel. Installelectrical accessories panel (3), four lockwashers(2), and four screws (1) to mounting bracket. Openair inlet doors (TM 9-2350-256-10). Disconnect wire48 pin A from bulkhead to master relay wiringharness. Place red multimeter lead in socket andblack lead to ground. Turn MASTER switch on andcheck for voltage. If voltage is present,repair/replace switch panel, radio, and bilge pumpto bulkhead wiring harness (see paragraph 6-53).If voltage is not present, troubleshoot master relaycircuit (see paragraph 2-19, master relay fails tooperate).2-226
