SECTION V: TROUBLESHOOTINGTM 9-2350-256-20WARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags ,bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts a metalsurface a direct short may result in instantheating of tools, damage to equipment, andinjury or death to personnel.E Place a jumper wire from pin H to socket H. Placered lead of multimeter on pin E wire 450B of andblack lead to ground. Turn MASTER and BILGEPUMP switches ON and check for voltage. TurnMASTER and BILGE PUMP switches OFF. Ifvoltage is present, go to step J. If voltage is notpresent, go to step F.F Disconnect wire 37/450 from panel connector side ofcircuit breaker. Place red lead of multimeter inwire 37/450 and black lead to ground. TurnMASTER switch on and check for voltage. TurnMASTER switch OFF. If voltage is present, go tostep G. If voltage is not present, repair/replacewire 37/450 of bilge pump main power wiringharness from circuit breaker to connector (seeparagraph 6-84).G Reconnect wire 37/450 to panel connector side ofcircuit breaker. Disconnect wire 450 from BILGEPUMP switch side of circuit breaker. Place red leadof multimeter on circuit breaker terminal and blacklead to ground. Turn MASTER switch on and checkfor voltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. If voltageis present, go to step H. If voltage is not present,replace circuit breaker (see paragraph 6-9).2-227
