Disconnect connectors from both manifoldpreheat coils and both fuel solenoids.3. Place one multimeter lead on harness 3W143P1 receptacle pin F and other lead on eachharness connector socket A of coils andsolenoids (one at a time). Check for continuity.SCONTINUED FROM STEP JnoyesIs continuity present at both tests?TnoyesRepair (WP 0290 00) or replace(WP 0300 00) lead 530 from enginereceptacle to respective coil and/orsolenoid. Verify fault is corrected.Place one multimeter lead on pin P of harness3W143 P1 receptacle and other lead on harnessconnector socket B of each coil and solenoid (one ata time). Check for continuity.Repair (WP 0290 00) or re-place (WP 0300 00) groundlead to respective coil/sole-noid. Verify fault is corrected.Place one multimeter lead in socket P of harness3W143 P1 and other lead to grounding point.Check for continuity.UnoyesRepair (WP 0290 00) or replace(WP 0336 00) vehicle groundlead.
