Is STE--ICE--R available?
no
yes
Go to Step H.

B 1. Setup STE--ICE--R for operation
(TM 9--4910--571--12&P).
2. Connect STE--ICE--R harness W1 to vehicle
harness 4W800 J1 DCA connector.
3. Enter vehicle ID (VID) 04 and perform
STE--ICE--R test 75 (TM 9--4910--571--12&P)
and record results.
Is VTM reading less than 16.7 milliohms?
no
yes

and connections for
corrosion, check electrolyte
level, recharge batteries

again. If test fails, run test 89
(TM 9--4910--571--12&P).
