TM 9--2350--292--20--2 0662 00--1 AUXILIARY POWER UNIT RELAY BOX ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (HATZ) 0662 00 THIS WORK PACKAGE COVERS: Removal, Installation INITIAL SETUP: Tools and Special Tools General mechanic’s tool kit (item 1, WP 0717 00) Materials/Parts Lockwashers (4) (item 9, WP 0718 00) Tiestrap (item 462, WP 0718 00) Adhesive (item 29, WP 0716 00) Equipment Conditions Battery power disconnected (WP 0256 00) APU cover removed (WP 0413 00) Removal 1. Cut tiestrap (1) securing wiring harness 3W730 connector P1 (2) and APU relay box wiring harness (3) to loop clamp (4). Discard tiestrap. 2. Disconnect wiring harness 3W730 connector P1 (2) from APU relay box wiring harness (3). NOTE Longer screw is used to secure loop clamp. Note loca- tion of clamp and longer screw to aid in installation. 3. Remove four screws (5), four lockwashers (6), nut (7), loop clamp (4) and relay box assembly (8).
