12. Install access cover (3) on subfloor plate (4); secure with three screws (1) and three flat washers (2).
13. Install plate (7) on subfloor plate (4); secure with two screws (5) and two flat washers (6).
14. Install subfloor plates #18 and #27 (WP 0454 00).
