TM 9--2350--292--20--2 SMOKE GRENADE LAUNCHER WIRING HARNESS ASSEMBLY 1W112 REPLACEMENT -- CONTINUED 0673 00 Installation 1. Connect wiring harness assembly 1W112 (4) to wiring harness 4W108 (12). 2. Install wiring harness assembly 1W112 (4) through bulkhead and cable clamp (8). 3. Secure wiring harness assembly 1W112 (4) with clamp (11) and screw (10). 4. Tighten cable clamp (8). 5. Crimp two new terminal lugs (7) to wiring harness assembly 1W112 (4) and slide braided wire (9) over wiring har- ness assembly 1W112 (4). 6. Install two terminal lugs (7) on cable clamp (8) with two screws (6). 7. Install connector (2) on wiring harness assembly 1W112 (4) (WP 0290 00). 8. Secure braided wire (9) on connector (2) with two screws (3). 9. Secure wiring harness assembly 1W112 (4) with new tie--down (5). 10. Install electrical cover (1) on wiring harness assembly 1W112 connector (2).
