TM 9--2350--292--20--20692 00--2TRANSDUCER CALIBRATION -- CONTINUED0692 00Depressurization--ContinuedWARNINGHydraulic system pressure is rated 4450 psi. Do nottorque hydraulic fittings or perform removal procedureswhen hydraulic system is pressurized. Discharging sys-tem pressure before performing any maintenance proce-dures will avoid injury to personnel.Eye protection will be worn when performing mainte-nance procedures on all hydraulic components to avoidinjury to personnel.NOTETo ensure proper calibration the hydraulic system mustbe completely depressurized. Perform step 2 to alleviateresidual hydraulic pressure in pressure locked hydraulic linesprior to calibrating transducers in the following table.Place rags under hydraulic connections to catch any hy-draulic fluid that spills during maintenance. Dispose offluid soaked rags in accordance with standard operatingprocedure.1. Activate hydraulic controls several times with engine and auxiliary power unit OFF to relieve system pressure inhydraulic system.2. Before calibrating any transducer in the following table relieve residual hydraulic pressure for corresponding trans-ducers by removing wiring harness connected to transducer then loosening transducer to allow pressure to es-cape. Tighten transducer and reconnect wiring harness.Transducer LocationSensor DesignationRefer to ParagraphOperator’s Control Valve Manifold Port P Test4MT523WP 0684 00Operator’s Control Valve Manifold Port BL4MT519WP 0684 00Operator’s Control Valve Manifold Port PR Test4MT515WP 0684 00Main Winch Level Winder Cylinder Port EXT4MT541WP 0685 00Main Winch Level Winder Cylinder Port RET4MT540WP 0685 00Filter Valve Manifold Port CH44MT534WP 0689 00Filter Valve Manifold Port MS4MT533WP 0689 00Boom Shutoff Valve Port A4MT543WP 0686 00
