2. Install two arms (37 and 38) on clevis (35) with two new spring pins (36).
3. Install handle (34) on clevis (35) with new spring pin (33).
4. Install handle (31), two new spring washers (30), locking assembly (29) with flat washer (28), nut (27) and new
cotter pin (26) on door (21).
5. Apply lubricant to four screws (22).
6. Install shim(s) (25) and two slides (24) on door (21) with four screws (22) and four flat washers (23).
7. Torque four screws (22) to 95--105 lb--ft (129--142.4 NSm).
WARNING
NOTE
Strip is used behind seal as a shim. Strip is only installed
for proper mating of seal/hull.
8. Clean door seal mating surfaces with dry--cleaning solvent.
9. Apply rubber based adhesive to new seal (19) and new strip (20), if removed, and mating surface of door (21).
10. Install new seal (19) and new strip (20) on door (21).
