Install personnel door assembly (3) on hull with hinge block (9), hinge leaf (8), spacer (7), shim(s) (6) and eightscrews (5).3. Open personnel door assembly (3) to 90° angle.NOTEAlign cam with splines of torsion bar so that cam can beinstalled on torsion bar.4. Install cam (14) on torsion bar (15) in center position.5. Install cam retainer (4) on hull with two screws (1) at outer mounting holes.6. Close personnel door assembly (3).7.
