Disassembly
NOTE
Disassembly procedures can be performed in a suitable
work area (workbench) away from the APU.
Perform steps 1, 2 and 11 to disassemble fittings, and
hose on input side of hydraulic pump.
Perform steps 3 through 11 to disassemble fittings on
output side of hydraulic pump.
1. Remove hose assembly (25) from elbow (26).
2. Remove adapter (12) from elbow (26).
3. Remove coupling half (27) from elbow (28).
4. Remove elbow (28) from pipe tee (29).
5. Remove coupling half (30) from adapter (31) and adapter (31) from valve (32).
6. Remove valve (32) from pipe tee (29).
7. Disconnect pipe elbow (16) from nipple (33).
8. Remove nipple (33) from pipe elbow (34).
9. Remove pipe elbow (34) from nipple (35).
10. Remove nipple (35) from pipe tee (29).
11. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
