Installation
NOTE
Apply sealing compound to all pipe threads before instal-
lation.
1. Install pipe nipple (6) in drain valve (3).
2. Install spacer (11) and drain valve (3) with pipe nipple (6) on APU with two U--bolts (10), four flat washers (9), four
new lockwashers (8) and four nuts (7).
3. Install adapter (4) and tube (5) on pipe nipple (6) then tighten adapter (4).
4. Install elbow (2) in APU.
5. Install one end of hose (1) on drain valve (3) and other end of hose (1) on elbow (2).

NOTE
FOLLOW--ON MAINTENANCE:
Fill APU crankcase with oil (WP 0187 00)
Install APU in vehicle (WP 0587 00)
