Lockwashers (4) (item 18, WP 0718 00)
Sealing compound (item 16, WP 0716 00)
Equipment Conditions
APU crankcase oil drained (WP 0187 00)
APU removed from vehicle (WP 0587 00)
NOTE
Remove only those parts required to perform the repair.
Removal
1. Remove one end of hose (1) from elbow (2) and other end of hose (1) from drain valve (3).
2. Remove elbow (2) from APU.
3. Loosen adapter (4) and remove tube (5) then remove adapter (4) from pipe nipple (6).
4. Remove four nuts (7), four lockwashers (8), four flat washers (9), two U--bolts (10), spacer (11), drain valve (3)
and nipple (6) from APU. Discard lockwashers.
5. Remove pipe nipple (6) from drain valve (3).
