Reconnect wire 14 to circuit breaker side of START switch. Disconnect wire 14 from panel side of
START switch. Place red lead of multimeter on START switch terminal and black lead to ground.
Turn MASTER switch on, push START switch, and check for voltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. If
voltage is present, go to step 3. If voltage is not present, replace START switch (see WP 0159 00).
Disconnect switch panel to neutral safety to bulkhead wiring harness from main switch panel. Place

red lead of multimeter in socket A, of wire 14 and black lead to ground. Turn MASTER switch on,
push START switch, and check for voltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. If voltage is not present,
replace/repair wire 14 of circuit breaker to main switch panel wiring harness. If voltage is present, go
to step 4.
