CHAPTER 2: VEHICLE MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONSTM 9-2350-256-202-19 ELECTRICAL TROUBLESHOOTING-ContinuedAPU GENERATOR SYSTEM (DUAL VOLTAGE )--ContinuedWARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dogtags, bracelets, etc. If jewelry contactsa metal surface a direct short may resultin instant heating of tools, damage toequipment, and injury or death topersonnel.R Reconnect wire 61A to hydraulic pressure switch.Disconnect wire 61 from hydraulic pressure switch.Place red lead of multimeter on wire 61 and blacklead to ground. Turn MASTER and APU GENswitches ON and check for voltage. If voltage ispresent, go to step S. If voltage is not present,replace hydraulic pressure switch (see paragraph 13-1).S Disconnect bulkhead to APU, master relay, and rigger'slights wiring harness from APU engine disconnect.Place red lead of multimeter in socket F of wire 61 andblack lead to ground. Turn MASTER, APU pressureand APU GEN switches ON and check for voltage.Turn MASTER, APU pressure and APU GEN switchesOFF. If voltage is present, notify Direct SupportMaintenance. If voltage is not present, repair/replacewire 61 of bulkhead to APU, master relay, and rigger'slights wiring harness (see paragraph 6-75).2-146
