SECTION V: TROUBLESHOOTINGTM 9-2350-256-20WARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dogtags, bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts ametal surface a direct short may result ininstant heating of tools, damage toequipment, and injury or death topersonnel.HPlace red lead of multimeter on pin A of main switchand black lead on pin F of main switch. Check forcontinuity. If continuity is present, repair/replace wire75 of main lighting and master relay wiring harness(see paragraph 6-70). If continuity is not present,replace main lighting switch (see paragraph 6-10).IReconnect switch panel to gage panel andmiscellaneous switches wiring harness to mainswitch panel. Install main switch panel (11), flatwasher (10), ground wire (9), three lockwashers (8),and three screws (7). Disconnect wire 75/16 atstoplight switch. Place red lead of multimeter in wire75/16 and black lead to ground. Turn MASTERswitch on, UNLOCK and move main lighting switchto B.O. MARKER position, and check for voltage.Turn MASTER and main lighting switches OFF. Ifvoltage is present, go to step J. If voltage is notpresent, repair/replace wire 75/16 of switch panel togage panel and miscellaneous switches wiringharness (see paragraph 6-55 for dual voltage; 6-56for single voltage).2—303
