STOPLIGHT)-ContinuedWARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags,bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts a metalsurface a direct short may result in instantheating of tools, damage to equipment, andinjury or death to personnel.JReconnect wire 75/16 to stoplight switch. Disconnectwire 75 from stoplight switch. Place red lead ofmultimeter on wire 75 of stoplight switch and blacklead to ground. Turn MASTER switch on, UNLOCKand move main lighting switch to B.O. MARKERposition, press stoplight switch, and check forvoltage. If voltage is present, repair/replace wire 75of switch panel to gage panel and miscellaneousswitches wiring harness (see paragraph 6-55 for dualvoltage; 6-56 for single voltage). If voltage is notpresent, replace stoplight switch (see paragraph 6-23).KReconnect switch panel to gage panel andmiscellaneous switches wiring harness to mainswitch panel. Install main switch panel (11), flatwasher (10), ground lead (9), three lockwashers (8),and three screws (7). Open air inlet doors.Disconnect wire 48 pin A from bulkhead to masterrelay wiring harness. Place red multimeter lead insocket and black lead to ground. Turn MASTERswitch on and check for voltage. If voltage ispresent, repair/replace switch panel, radio, and bilgepump to bulkhead wiring harness (see paragraph 6-53). If voltage is not present, troubleshoot masterrelay circuit (see paragraph 2-19, master relay failsto operate).2—304
