SECTION V: TROUBLESHOOTINGTM 9-2350-256-20WARNINGRemove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags,bracelets, etc. If jewelry contacts a metalsurface a direct short may result in instantheating of tools, damage to equipment, andinjury or death to personnel.EReconnect wire 59 to blower switch side of 15 A circuitbreaker. Disconnect wire 59 from circuit breaker side ofblower switch. Place red lead of multimeter in wire 59and black lead to ground. Turn MASTER switch on andcheck for voltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF. Ifvoltage is present, go to step F. If voltage is notpresent, repair/replace wire 59 of ventilation blowerswitch lead assembly (see paragraph 6-9).FReconnect wire 59 to 15 A circuit breaker side of blowerswitch. Disconnect wire 59 from panel connector side ofblower switch. Place red lead of multimeter on terminalof blower switch and black lead to ground. TurnMASTER and VENT BLOWER switches ON and checkfor voltage. Turn MASTER and VENT BLOWERswitches OFF. If voltage is present, repair/replace wire59 of bilge pump main power wiring harness (seeparagraph 6-84). If voltage is not present, replaceventilator blower switch (see paragraph 6-9).GReconnect electrical accessories panel wiring harness toelectrical accessories panel. Disconnect wire 59 fromventilation blower. Place red lead of multimeter in wire59 and black lead to ground. Turn MASTER and VENTBLOWER switches ON and check for voltage. TurnMASTER and VENT BLOWER switches OFF. Ifvoltage is present, repair/replace ventilation blower (seeparagraph 6-100). If voltage is not present,repair/replace wire 59 of electrical accessories panelwiring harness (see paragraph 6-47)2-331
