Ground panel. Reconnect electricalaccessories panel wiring harness to electricalaccessories panel. Disconnect wire 38/59 from 15 Acircuit breaker. Place red lead of multimeter in wire38/59 and black lead to ground. Turn MASTER switchon and check for voltage. Turn MASTER switch OFF.If voltage is present, go to step D. If voltage is notpresent, repair/replace wire 38/59 of bilge pump mainpower wiring harness (see paragraph 6-84).DReconnect wire 38/59 to 15 A circuit breaker.Disconnect wire 59 from blower switch side of 15 Acircuit breaker. Place red lead of multimeter on terminalof 15 A circuit breaker and black lead to ground. TurnMASTER switch on and check for voltage. TurnMASTER switch OFF. If voltage is present, go to stepE. If voltage is not present, replace 15 A circuit breaker(see paragraph 6-9).2-330
