immediate correction should be noted on DA Form 2404. This defect should be corrected later during the after-road-test
services. The road test should be approximately five, but not more than 10 miles (16 km). Perform the before-operation
services listed in TM 9-2350-256-10.
After all services and inspections on the vehicle have been completed, take the vehicle out on a short road test
(approximately 5 miles [8 km] ) to assure that equipment faults have been corrected. Pay particular attention to those
items which were found defective initially. Correct any remaining problems noted during this test run.
